- 4 Cooking Apples
- 1 – 2 tbsp Water
- 50gr Sugar
- 2 -4 Digestive Biscuits

Can barely really call this a crumble but I’m doing it anyway! I used digestive biscuits that I just crumbled up and sprinkled on top and I made the caramel ice cream following my usual ice cream recipe and adding a few spoons of caramel to the mix and folding it in before freezing.
You could use eating apples instead of cooking apples but they will retain their shape when cooked and not become mushy.
