I have loved tracking my reading and books with this spreadsheet this year. I discovered the tracker on Smart Bitches, Trashy Books near the end of last year and fell in love with it! It suited my needs better than most of the trackers I’ve come across and their post was so helpful for someone like me who knows feck all about using spreadsheets. Thanks to them, I figured out how to edit their tracker to make it really work for me and eventually, after some tinkering around, I figured out how to prettify it as well.
Please check out their post on how to do these things. I wish I could explain it all but I am very much a novice at this stuff and probably wouldn’t do it right.
Since I got my 2020 spreadsheet looking just how I liked I made a copy of it for 2021 and decided to share it with you all. The screenshots below show you what I entered and how the data was used for the graphs. You can change all of these things for your own spreadsheet though and the Smart Bitches, Trashy Books post can help you with this.
I’m such a nerd for all of those graphs and pie charts. I freaking love ’em! Once December 31st passes I will be printing my spreadsheet on tea-stained paper and adding it to my 2020 reading journal. Click the button below to get a blank copy of this spreadsheet for 2021. Be sure to create a copy of the spreadsheet so you can add your own data.
The spread sheet is set to view only so you must make a copy to use as your own.
Thank you so much to Smart Bitches, Trashy Books for creating and sharing such an amazing spreadsheet 🧡🧡

This spreadsheet is really cool!! Also it’s a great idea to print it out and add it to your reading journal. I’ve mainly been relying on goodreads to monitor my reading stats and all that but this looks like an awesome alternative.

I use Goodreads too. I love how it recommends books based on what you’ve read
