Hi, everyone! It’s feels so good to have the lift on lock down begin here. We’re not out of the woods yet but it’s great to see life returning. Fingers crossed it goes well!
Last week I was able to visit my family in Kilkenny for the first time in 3 months. It was so wonderful to see them after so long and, luckily for us, the sun decided to join us as well.
We had a garden picnic, made cupcakes and cheered our reunion with a bottle of prosecco. I hope you enjoy the relaxing ASMR vlog of my time in Kilkenny.

- 4 oz flour
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 4 oz margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 325f Cream together the margarine, sugar and eggs. Sift together the flour and baking powder. Fold in the flour to the margarine mixture. Transfer to cupcake baking tray lined with cupcake cases and bake for approx 35 minutes.
