Lauren and the Books has decided to host her Cosy Reading Night’s every other week while we’re all social-distancing. It’s a great idea but I doubt I will be taking part that frequently. I did join in in last Friday’s one though and had a lovely time 🙂
I made some tasty food, popped open a bottle of wine and got really cosy. Books, wine and food go together so well!
Prawn Stir Fry
- Cajun Marinated Prawns from Aldi
- Diced Red Pepper
- Diced Onion
- Diced Mushroom
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- Soy Sauce
- Cooked Rice

Homemade Garlic Bread
To make the bread I followed a recipe from Don’t Waste the Crumbs.
- No Knead Overnight Bread
- Real/Farmers Butter (Kerrygold)
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Sprinkle of Parsley
