Hi everyone, happy Friday!! I was so bad at reading this week. I only started one book and I only started it yesterday. What is going on? Well, we started a be healthy thing about a week ago so I have been spending my extra time exercising and meal prepping. I could listen to an audiobook while doing these things but I just didn’t think of it. I also have been trying to improve my sleep so I’ve been leaving my phone downstairs at night which means no more audiobooks in bed. My reading has taken a HUGE step back!
Yesterday I decided to take a little break from it all with a coffee in Costa and actually start a book.
Francey by Deirdre Purcell
This is a follow up to Falling for a Dancer (ever hear me mention that book?…) following Francey at 25 searching for his father and finding one of his half brothers on the way. I’m about 60 pages into it now and I’m hooked! I think it will be as intriguing a read as Falling for a Dancer.
So a short but sweet update this week. I may start changing these updates up a bit to make them a bit more interesting… Maybe make them more of a vlog style and update you all on how our health plans are going. Let me know what you’d like to see.

Hi everyone, happy Thursday! Hope you’re doing well in your part of the world. This week I was inspired by a style of vlogging popular in Japan and South Korea. These vlogs put more focus on the aesthetics and sounds of home life. I find them to be extremely relaxing and soothing. I’m prone to… Read More The Irish Readathon | Aesthetic Reading Vlog
Sylvie Facon is truly an artist. The dresses she creates are more akin to masterpieces that have jumped out of a canvas than evening attire. Each one tells a fantastical story you can’t help but wish you were a part of. The pieces are often inspired by everyday things such as books, a violin, buildings… Read More Clothes that Make My Vintage Heart Sing: Sylvie Facon
